By Design, is a one day conference featuring speaker, Susan Hunt.
 Susan Hunt passionately communicates a biblical perspective of womanhood that inspires women to glorify God by fulfilling His design and mission. A wife, mother, and grandmother, Susan is a graduate of Columbia Theological Seminary and the former Director of Women In the Church Ministry for the Presbyterian Church in America. Speaking to audiences worldwide, she has authored numerous books including By Design, The True Woman, Spiritual Mothering and Leadership for Women in the Church.

Details:
Saturday Conference fee: $28.50
Two attendance options are possible. 1) Drive out early Saturday morning or 2) extend our time together, meet for dinner on Friday night and stay at Ayers Inn Corona East, near the conference site.
Hotel rates vary based on capacity and size of group but should range from $25-60 per person.

The Women's Ministry at Del Rey Church is dedicated to helping women of every age discover and embrace God's created purpose and design for their lives as together we learn to express the beauty and wonder of true womanhood. We believe that God is inviting us to be countercultural women who choose to live biblically and intentionally in every season of our lives; women whose compass is the word of God.
Our mission is to be like the woman described in Titus 2, beginning in our homes and extending into the church, as we set a godly example and encourage younger women to pursue holiness. Finally, it is our goal to equip and mobilize women at Del Rey Church to live fully committed lives as disciples of Jesus Christ.
Through periodically scheduled events like women's breakfasts, service projects, and through an annual woman's retreat, we aim to connect the women of our church into relationships that can be real and meaningful outside of the actual events themselves. We also encourage the women of our church to attend a Home Fellowship and find a regular ministry to volunteer in as a means to bless others.
In order to encourage and grow the women of our church in their faith, the Women's Ministry has a recommended reading list in our online store. These books are best read in community, so ladies grab another sister, pick a book, and discuss it while you go. And stay tuned to the calendar for our next scheduled event.
