The word "ministry" comes from the word "minister," which simply means "to give service, care, or aid; attend, as to wants or necessities." Thus, the ministries of our church are the things we do as a community to serve each other, by caring for our practical and spiritual needs, both individually and collectively as a church. We are a church that strives to be active in ministering toward each other and our world. We don't want to ever become a group of inactive attendees who just show up to receive and never to give. As we say, this is REAL LIFE and we are REAL PEOPLE with REAL FAITH.

Please join us as we come together every Sunday morning at 10am to celebrate the good news of Jesus Christ. We gather together to honor God through singing worship songs, offering praise, praying, hanging out together, serving communion, and studying the ancient-but-relevant text of the Bible. We have age-approriate worship that caters to all sizes, from little babies to adults. Through this celebration we find truth for life, hope for the future, delivarance from the past, spiritual empowerment for hardships we face and knowledge from the Scripture, in order that we might live out our purpose as Christians living in today's world.

Men's Ministry 

God's design and calling for manhood is being seriously attacked today on many fronts. We are stong believers that God desires men to be leaders of the home and church, protecting and loving their wives and children with the heart of Jesus. We believe that most men have abandoned ship on their calling to manhood and have brought great hurt to their homes and churches. Our ministry for men is designed with one goal in mind - to bring glory to God by restoring men to their purpose in Him. Click here to learn more about what we're doing for the guys of our church.

Love Lifted Me provides twelve-step recovery, Bible study, support groups, and a 24-hour prayer line for those dealing with problems of alcohol addiction, narcotic addiction, eating disorders, depression, dysfunctional families, co-dependency, sexual addictions and other compulsive behaviors.

No childcare is provided.

Youth Group

This group provides a place where Junior and Senior High school students come together for the purpose of growing closer to God by studying His Word and learning how to make choices based on a firm Bible-based foundation.

Thursdays

6:30pm-9:00pm at Timothy Hall, Del Rey Church

Awana is fun with a purpose – to teach kids about God through games, crafts, awards and other activities. Bible-centered handbooks and club activities help your children begin to build a solid understanding of the basics of Christianity at an early age.

     Sparks: Kindergarten through 2nd grade
     TNT: 3rd through 6th grade

Fridays

6:30pm-8:30pm at Timothy Hall, Del Rey Church

The Del Rey Hills Church is proud to offer an excellent preschool: the Del Rey Christian Children’s Center.

Our staff members are well educated and professional. In addition to being committed to quality instruction, they have a real passion to care for kids.

The Women's Ministry is a vital part of our church life here at Del Rey Hills Church. We encourage women of all ages to fellowship together and get involved with activities at our church!

Food Pantry 

At Del Rey Church, we collect food to give to people in our church and community who need help with groceries. We feel that sharing food is a very practical way to show someone the love of God.
